Mid-May to Mid-October (Thanksgiving)
- Plus all long weekends and holidays.
- Seven night minimum stay for mid-June to mid-September (unless otherwise available).
- Three night minimum stay for all weekends in April, May and October.
- Three night minimum stay for all dates between May Long weekend and mid-June and all dates between Labour Day and Thanksgiving.
Otherwise, two night minimum stay. - Shorter stays may be avail upon request.

Fall, Winter & Spring Rates:
January 1 to Mid-May & Mid-October to December 31
- Long weekends and holidays excluded.
- Two night minimum stay.
- Three night minimum stay for all long weekends, April, May & October weekends, the Holiday Season, and March Break.
- Shorter stays may be available upon request.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional room occupants:
- $20 night/per adult
- $15 night/per child
$40 flat cleaning fee on all stays less than three nights.
Pets: $15 per night upon request, no pets in July & August.
Add 5% GST, 8% PST and 2% MRDT to all rates.
